Jeff Leander has more than 20 years of diverse corporate finance experience, including oversight of Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Sales Audit. He has led the corporate Treasury departments for Jack in the Box Inc., Bridgepoint Education and Petco Animal Supplies, Inc.
Jeff is a Certified Treasury Professional and board member for the Association for Financial Professionals of San Diego. He attended San Diego State University, earning a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelors in Finance and a Minor in Economics.
Joseph Clark is an accomplished and solutions-focused Senior Executive and Thought Leader with more than 45 years of success across the financial services, security, law enforcement, and accounting industries. Leveraging extensive experience mitigating risk and compliance infringements for companies across a range of industries, he is a valuable asset for startups currently going through a security breach or looking to prevent future incidents. His broad areas of expertise include auditing, SOX, accounting, risk management, program management, security, identity theft, and fraud prevention.
Throughout his executive career, Joseph has held leadership positions at accounting and financial organizations including the Association of Financial Professions (San Diego), Moss Adams LLP, and J.H. Cohn LLP. He has been responsible for developing strategic plans to insure proper fiscal policies and program development, resulting in increased membership; creating the “Hood Robbin” Campaign to teach best practices for risk and financial management; and completing SOX 404 audits to ensure organizational security and compliance.
Joseph holds a BS in Public Administration from Point Park University. As a seasoned Thought Leader, he coordinates the AFP of San Diego’s educational programs related to the “Certified Treasury Professional” credential, and wrote Confidential Instructions for the Conduct of Internal Theft Investigations for the US Postal Inspection Service.
