Are you at a point where you want to learn “even more” about bank fees and services? Do you really know what all those monthly bank services do for you? Do you know how they relate to the treasury cash management processes you perform within your organization?

We hope you can make this month's event!  We look forward to de-coding bank fees and providing best practices on bank account management!

This month's topic:

Bank Account Management - Fee Analysis

Guest Speaker:

Stacey Gilmore

Vice President of Treasury Management

Chesapeake Systems Solutions, Inc.

In today’s business climate you are now required to know more… report more… and cut costs in areas that you have never been required to cut costs before.  Bank Fee Analysis is a “gold mine” of information that will allow you to streamline monthly bank services and cut unwanted bank fees that will decrease your overall banking expenses.

Come learn how to spot trends that indicate service volume patterns that will foster better pricing options.   Uncover high priced or custom services that can be quickly eliminated from your bank service baselines.  Tap into hidden liquidity, by reviewing monthly balances for large or corporate consolidated accounts.

This session gives you numerous ways of cutting corporate costs within your organization and also controlling your overall bank expenses with each bank you do business with.
